LPAC is still in need of bingo volunteers. There are empty positions that we need to have covered. Please look at the Re-Revised schedules and email Janet at www.lpacbingo@gmail.com to be placed on the schedule.

May's revised  bingo schedules have been posted to the website.  Please take a look at the schedules and send an email to lpacbingo@gmail.com with the dates you would like to volunteer to work bingo.

This school year is quickly coming to a close but the LPAC board is busy planing for next year. Our May 7th meeting will be election of officers and we would like to invite anyone that is interested in being on the board or is willing to offer a helping hand to attend. Our meeting will be held at 7:00 pm in room C115. There is always plenty to do and if we all take a small part no one person ends up trying to do it all. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

10:45am: Excused from class for lunch

11:30am: Depart LHS for Boulder

12:30-12:45pm: Arrive at CU

1:00pm: Listen to Orchestra from Niwot HS

1:30pm: Listen to Orchestra from Cherry Creek HS

2:00pm: Unload Instruments from bus

2:20pm: Arrive and unpack instruments in Room N1B59

2:40pm: Warm up in Room E-160

3:00pm: Performance in Grusin Hall

3:30pm: Clinic in Room E-160

4:00pm: Pack up and load bus

4:20pm: Depart CU for LHS

5:00-5:15pm: Arrive at LHS
