Anyone interested in auditioning for All-State Orchestra or Western States Honor Orchestra go to the links below to get the audition music. When you pull up the music you will see that the third piece is a solo of your choice that is 2 1/2 minutes. Make sure you pick a solo and not an excerpt. All State Orchestra Only Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors can audition for All-State Orchestra. The dates for All-State are February 12-14, 2009 (we need to get the audition sent in by October 17, 2008). We are using the white board as a communication device and we need you to come to us. Bingo Reminder All LHS music students must work 3 sessions of Bingo to letter! This includes orchestra, band, jazz band, pit ensemble, etc. Sign up now to volunteer! Because the students primary job is their education, the bingo lettering requirement for the 2007-2008 school year may be completed during the summer before August 1, 2008. Also, the students may complete their 2008-2009 bingo requirement between June 1, 2008 and August 1, 2009. This gives the students a lot of flexibility in completing their bingo lettering requirement during the summer for either school year. We need bookkeepers, games managers, & callers!
